Have you bought any gifts for your loved ones for Christmas yet? Louis Vuitton actually offers some (relatively) affordable options as Christmas gifts for both women and men. This article lists my top “under $500” picks for gift ideas this winter season – are you ready for Xmas shopping at Louis Vuitton?
Women
1. LV Rouge – Matte Lipstick
Louis Vuitton launched its first-ever beauty line, La Beauté Louis Vuitton, on August 29, 2025, with the LV Rouge lipstick range as a key feature. Basically everyone was hyped – but is it worth it?
Reviews are mixed, but in my opinion it can be a very strong option as a gift for women (or men) who like makeup. No one hates having another lipstick in a different shade from their collection, and no one really hates designer-brand makeup – it’s a little luxury you can “experience” in everyday life, and it adds a bit of sparkle to your pouch or makeup table.
The retail price is $160, and they offer matte and satin finishes, both with more than 20 colours in the collection. It’s also refillable, making it a long-term, sustainable gift they can keep using (and flexing 😆).
2. Miniature Perfume Set
If you want to give a perfume but don’t know their scent preferences, the Miniature Set of seven Louis Vuitton fragrances is a clever option. It gives them a wardrobe of LV perfumes in cute 10 ml bottles, instead of locking them into just one full-size scent.
It also looks absolutely beautiful on a vanity or dressing table – a very “Christmassy” gift, with lots of little bottles to explore. The retail price is $405.
3. LV Ombres – Eyeshadow Palette
For someone who loves eyeshadow more than lipstick, the LV Ombres Eyeshadow Palette is very giftable. It comes as a four-shade palette inside a weighty compact embossed with the Monogram motif, designed to look like petals of a Monogram Flower when opened. The compact itself looks like a small LV accessory. They come with 8 variations, from nudy, brown pallete and warm, pinky pallet to a blue-themed pallete called “Sky Is The Limit”.
There are 8 variations, from nude and brown palettes to warmer pinky palettes, plus a blue-themed palette called “Sky Is The Limit”. The refills can be swapped out later, so the case is more like a keepsake than just packaging – again, they can flex the LV compact long term 😆 The retail price is $250.
4. LV Script 30mm Belt
Technically just over the $500 mark, the LV Script 30mm Belt is still worth including as an option. It’s a slim belt with a scripted LV logo, sitting in that sweet spot between logo and minimalism. If you think “ah, LV belts are all Monogram canvas or a big LV logo,” you’re wrong! This has a much more modern feel, and it’s a versatile gift for women of all ages. It’s also double-sided: one side is Monogram, and the other is black and more understated. You can flip it depending on your preference or the colours of your outfit. The retail price is $585.
5. LV Charms Card Holder
Again, slightly over the $500 headline but a very cute option – The LV Charms Card Holder in Monogram canvas has the Vivienne mascot, Blue Frost leather trim, and a little charm detail. It comes in pink (“Frozen Orchid”) and blue (“Blue Frost”), both of which have delicate paintings featuring autumn/winter motifs.
This is definitely a no-brainer as a Christmas gift – it’s seasonal, yet versatile. The retail price is $560.
Men
1. Pocket Organizer
This one is over the $500 mark but very classic LV. The Pocket Organizer is one of the most popular compact wallets from Louis Vuitton. Compared to a card holder, it feels more like a “real” wallet, but in a pocket size.
It actually holds a lot – three card slots, five inside pockets plus an outer pocket, so it’s ideal for someone who carries receipts, cards and notes. It’s definitely good for someone who still uses physical cards and cash quite a bit. Another big plus is that you can customise it with initials, stripes, patches and colour combinations. The retail price is $520.
2. Magnetic Card Holder
For years, the classic “Xmas gift” from designer brands was a wallet – but who uses big wallets in a cashless world?! Louis Vuitton does cater for this change: this magnetic card holder attaches to the back of your phone, making it a great “modern tech” LV gift.
It has two card slots and is not bulky at all. From my experience, a lot of guys don’t carry bags, so this is a great gift for someone who wants to keep both their wallet and phone in one hand.
They also offer a wide range of patterns and colours: the classic Monogram, the “Monogram Heritage” series with handwriting-style artwork, “Monogram Shadow” in all black, “Taigarama” in a almost reflective yellow, and even camouflage. You can pick depending on the person’s vibe. The retail price is $505.
3. LV Lovers Cologne
If you want to give a slightly more romantic gift, LV Lovers is a strong option. Why did I pick this perfume out of all the fragrances from Louis Vuitton? Because it’s a collaboration with Pharrell Williams.
A Reddit post described the scent as “crisp morning light streaming over an upright Yamaha U3 piano”. It’s woody (cedarwood and sandalwood), spicy (ginger), but not too overpowering. It’s a great perfume gift that works both day and night. The retail price is $350. Like the other LV perfumes, they offer free engraving on the bottle.
4. LV Clash Round Sunglasses
If he likes fashion, LV Clash Round Sunglasses are a cool gift option. They’re round black sunglasses with an acetate frame, subtle “Louis Vuitton” text on the lens and an LV metal signature on the temples.
Some designer sunglasses can look too flashy or over-designed, but these are not like that. The round frames have been trending for years but are still classic enough not to date quickly. This would be a perfect gift for someone who already wears sunglasses often and likes subtle branding. The retail price is $495.
5. Damier Snug Beanie
Who hates a beanie on guys in winter?! It’s seasonal, cute, and snug on the head while keeping it warm in the cold season. The Damier Snug Beanie is a 100% wool beanie with a knitted 3D Damier pattern and an embroidered “Marque L. Vuitton Déposée” signature, in colours like navy and green.
If you live in a cold area, this is a practical gift they can use from day one. It’s also not screaming a big logo – the Damier texture (“3D Damier”) and the embroidery of the signature give it a subtle luxury feel. The retail price is $460.
I hope you enjoyed reading this and got some ideas for what to give. You can always visit LV stores or the online shop and explore more to find your perfect gift.
