Louis Vuitton has added a new lip liner to its La Beauté Louis Vuitton collection.
The product, called LV Crayon, was created under the creative direction of Dame Pat McGrath, who leads cosmetics for Louis Vuitton beauty. It follows the launch of the Maison’s lipsticks, lip balms and eyeshadow palettes.
LV Crayon is designed as a luxury lip liner that can be used to define the lips, reshape the lip line or create a softer blended effect. It is available in ten shades, covering nude, rose, brown, red and plum tones.
What is LV Crayon?
LV Crayon is Louis Vuitton’s first lip liner.
The pencil has a distinctive shape inspired by the Louis Vuitton Monogram Flower. It features a black wooden body, an ombré colour finish and a black cap with a gold Monogram Flower detail.
The design is intended to make the pencil easy to hold and control during application. It also gives the product a more recognisable Louis Vuitton identity than a standard round lip pencil.
The ten shades include:
- 190 Beige Atlas
- 390 Pink Aurora
- 690 Burnt Sienna
- 854 Rouge Louis
- 896 Monogram Rouge
The shade range is designed to work with the existing LV Rouge and LV Baume lip products.
The retail price is $58.
