Louis Vuitton appoints Acqua di Parma CEO Giulio Bergamaschi for men’s product role

Louis Vuitton has appointed Giulio Bergamaschi as Chief Product Officer for its men’s division, in another senior leadership move within the LVMH group.

Bergamaschi, who has led Acqua di Parma since 2023, will take up the Louis Vuitton role on 1 September 2026. He will move from LVMH’s perfumes and cosmetics division into one of the group’s most high-profile fashion houses, taking responsibility for men’s product at Louis Vuitton.

The appointment comes as LVMH also names Louis-Antoine Rousseau as the new Brand Managing Director of Acqua di Parma. Rousseau, currently General Manager of Parfums Christian Dior in Hong Kong, will also start his new role on 1 September 2026.

Louis Vuitton deputy CEO Damien Bertrand said that “in his new role, Giulio will bring his extensive expertise in product development, his sophisticated approach to communication positioning, as well as his experience in creating immersive Louis Vuitton retail experiences”.

Bergamaschi joined LVMH in April 2022 as Strategic Missions Director at Loro Piana, where he worked on brand strategy, client experience and textile excellence initiatives. In March 2023, he became Chief Executive Officer of Acqua di Parma.

Acqua di Parma is one of LVMH’s heritage fragrance Maisons. Founded in 1916, the Italian house is best known for Colonia, its signature fragrance created by Baron Carlo Magnani. The brand combines fragrance, lifestyle products and Italian craftsmanship, with LVMH describing it as a Maison built around “Italian sophistication” and “traditional craftsmanship with modern artistry”.
